Review on Eperformax Cebu - JY Square Mall.

So far this company offers very good english training to hone up the English communication skills of each and every trainee. They have this what they call Global Communications Management Academy wherein you can meet a lot of very competent trainers that will help you improve your English communication skills. 

Eperformax is located in the 3rd floor of JY Square Mall in Lahug, Cebu. Their recruitment office is located on the ground floor of the mall where you can submit your resume to apply.
You will undergo series of tests though. First you will be taking the typing test to measure how accurately you type and how fast. The requirement is at least you can type 30 words per minute but if you can go beyond that, it's better. Then after that, you will be interviewed twice. First is about yourself and the second is the final verbal assessment. During verbal assessment, you will be tested. You will get to listen to a recording and you will need to summarize what the recording is about. The purpose of this is to gauge your communication skills in terms of grammar, pronunciation, and enunciation. Then you will be profiled for which type of English training you will belong to, it's much like "ibutang kag section-section" in school. 

If you pass the hiring process, you will be given an invitation to join the training. It is an invitation because it is optional. You can either proceed or pass. It's your choice though. 

How much is the salary? This is the million-dollar question. During the English training, you are entitled to a 300 pesos/day for meal and transportation allowance which will be given every other day from Monday to Friday. Enough? For me yes or no. It depends anyway. If you are single and you are only supporting yourself, this is enough. But for those who have families to feed, this is just not more than enough. However, patience and perseverance has to come into place because the reward of that can be great. As the saying goes "Great things start from small beginnings." hahaha.

Anyway, that's just during the Global communication training. When you pass and proceed to the product-specific training, you will start getting paid the basic pay of around Php 10K. You might wonder why it is only 10K. This is because you are still in training. When you will be endorsed into production, you will surely start getting the basic pay of approximately Php 12K. 

One more thing I wish to add. Even if you are in English training where you earn 300 pesos per day for the MATA ( Meal and transpo allowance ), you will still earn an additional 5,000 pesos certification bonus when you certify in the first week of certification. You will also be given another certification bonus of the same amount when you certify out of product specific training or PST. 

Eperformax is at its 10th year now. This company is not as big as Convergys and other big call centers, but it is financially capable and it is a performance-based company. Most top-performing agents there are earning at least 15,000 pesos per pay day or 30,000 pesos per month. If you perform, you earn that much.
